Hardware Overview
A TTP223B is a capacitive touch sensor module that includes the TTP223B touch sensor IC. This capacitive touch switch has a single integrated touch sensing area of 11 x 10.5mm with a sensor range of 5mm. There is an onboard LED that provides the visual sign/indication of when the sensor is triggered.
Working of Sensor
In the normal state, the sensor output is low, with less power consumption. When a finger touches the module, the module output gets high, and if not touched for 12 seconds, it will switch to low-power mode.
