TLE2071 is a Low Noise High-Speed JFET Input Op-Amp. The BiFET operational amplifiers offer the inherently higher input impedance of the JFET-input transistors, without sacrificing the output drive associated with bipolar amplifiers. This makes this IC better suited for interfacing with high-impedance sensors or very low-level ac signals. The IC has a range of working conditions a wide range of working voltages and possesses direct interfacing capability with almost every PMOS, CMOS, and NMOS device. Moreover, the IC offers a wide array of features such as high noise immunity, ESD barring/reduction, and exceptionally low power dissipation.
