Introduction

Charging your phones, laptop, or any other electronic equipment gets difficult when you’re traveling. And, for this, every one of us uses the power banks which store the electrical energy so that our devices can get charged later. But, while doing road traveling for a long time it is also difficult to get the electricity that can be stored in the power bank.

Here comes solar energy. To understand this in this tutorial, we are going to Make a “Solar Power Bank Circuit”. These banks take the solar energy, convert that into electrical energy, and also store that energy. The circuit requires solar panels which are now easily available.

Working Explanation

If you see the above Solar Power Bank Circuit block diagram, you have clearly seen that the 5V solar panel takes the solar energy and passes that to the battery charger. We provide this charger output to the battery of 2600mAh. We give the output of that battery to the boost converter, which will increase the DC voltage, and then there is a USB boost converter of 3V to 5V through which you can charge your gadgets.

Application and Uses

  • It can charge your electronic equipment and gadgets like mobile phones, laptops, etc.
