An Overview
SHT75 is a temperature and humidity module, having low power consumption and high precision. The module contains a temperature and humidity sensor. There is also a chip that has an amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, OTP memory, and a digital interface. The sensor has sensor elements and signal processing. It provides a fully calibrated digital output. It uses a unique capacitive sensor element for measuring relative humidity while there is a band-gap sensor to measure the temperature.
The sensor guarantees greater reliability and long-term stability. It seamlessly coupled the SHT75 to a 14bit analog-to-digital converter and serial interface circuit. This gives excellent signal quality, rapid response time, and insensitivity to external disturbances.
