S8050 is a low voltage high current small signal NPN epitaxial silicon transistor, designed for Class B push-pull audio amplifier and general-purpose applications. S8050 has a gain value of 110 to 400. The maximum collector current is 700mA when the base current is limited to 5mA. Typically voltages allowed across the collector-emitter(VCE) are 20V and across base-emitter(VBE) is 30V.
