Regularly we need to control the speed of a DC motor on request. This persistent shift in drive speed is called “speed control of a DC motor”. Speed control of a DC motor is either done manually by the controller or by a programmed control device. In this DIY, we are making a Wireless PWM DC Motor Speed Controller to control the speed of the DC motor automatically.
Hardware Components
An RF Wireless PWM DC Motor Speed Controller has two circuits; Transmitter Circuit and the receiver Circuit.

Working Explanation
This “RF remote PWM DC motor speed controller circuit” is comprised of the Arduino RF module, a 555 timer IC and several other discrete segments. This basic circuit can be utilized to control DC motor speed remotely. The “RF module” is comprised of two areas which are the transmitter and receiver, the output pulses from the 555 timer IC are fed to the input data of the transmitter segment of the RF module which is then transmitted from receiving wire of the transmitter to the receiver, the receiver gets these pulses through its receiving wire and sends them to its output data pins.
A Buz11 MOSFET is associated with the receiver’s data yield to drive the DC engine. Another high current MOSFET can likewise be utilized in the spot of Buz11 to get the necessary current for the engine being used. The speed of the engine can be constrained by regulating the 50K variable resistor.
Applications and Uses
The RF Wireless PWM DC Motor Speed Controller is used in DC Motor to control the speed of the DC Motor automatically.
