Introduction

Security is the major issue. Public places like malls, government places like parliament, and courts. edu In this tutorial, we are going to make a “PIR Burglar Alarm Circuit”. The PIR sensors have two slots in them. Every slot has a special kind of material that detects the IR range. At the normal temperature, both slots hold an identical amount of IR energy. But, when the sensor senses the warm body like any human or a thing, it hinders one-half of the sensor. As a result, it causes a positive differential change. In the same vein, when the body leaves, it produces negative differential change.

Working Explanation

In this PIR Burglar Alarm Circuit, the Main part of this circuit is the PIR sensor. The sensor can detect the Infrared light radiation emitted from a person or object and provides a logical output signal. The IC UM3561 can detect and generate siren sounds. We are using a 9V battery to provide a power supply to this circuit. A 5.1V Zener diode is also there across the supply and gives the regulated power supply to the PIR sensor. the output of the sensor is linked to the Vdd pin 5 of the IC. Whenever the PIR sensor detects motion then the IC gets supplied and gives a siren sound through the speaker.
