OP200 is a dual Low-Noise High-Speed Precision Op-amp IC. OP200 operational amplifiers combine outstanding noise performance with excellent precision and high-speed specifications. The wideband noise is only 3 nV//Hz and with the 1/f noise corner at 2.7 Hz, low noise is maintained for all low-frequency applications. The IC is always available in an 8 – pin hermetically sealed dual in line IC Packaging (DIP), and is compatible with almost every PMOS, NMOS, and CMOS device. OP200 offers a wide variety of features such as ESD protection and low power dissipation.
Precision Operational Amplifier
Precision amplifiers, in terms of operation, are similar to normal operational amplifiers. These op-amps have better design specifications. They are primarily used between sensors such as strain gauges, ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers, and photodetectors to capture their output signals without loading the fragile transducer output. They are also widely used in the automotive industry: to monitor the myriad sensors in cars and manufacturing facilities.

Application
- DUAL LOW-POWER INSTRUMENTATION AMPLIFIER
A dual instrumentation amplifier that consumes less than 33 mW of power per channel is shown in Figure 4. The linearity of the instrumentation amplifier exceeds 16 bits in gains of 5 to 200 and is better than 14 bits in gains from 200 to 1000. CMRR is above 115 dB (Gain = 1000). Offset voltage drift is typically 0.2 mV/∞C over the military temperature range which is comparable to the best monolithic instrumentation amplifiers
