LM733 Differential Amplifier

The LM733 IC is a two-stage, differential input, differential output, wide-band differential amplifier. LM733 is specified for operation over the 55C to 125C military temperature range. The IC is especially suited for low level instrumentation applications over a wide supply voltage range. The IC is available in an 8 – pin hermetically sealed dual in line IC packaging (DIP). The IC has a wide variety of working conditions, a wide range of working voltages, and is compatible with almost every known CMOS, NMOS, and PMS device.

Differential Operational Amplifier

A differential amplifier or a difference amplifier is a kind of electronic amplifier, that has the ability to amplify the difference between any two input voltage signals applied on the amplifier. Differential amplifiers also posses the inherent capability of suppressing any voltage common to the two inputs, such as a noise signal. A differential amplifier can be mathematically represented as:
