LM310 is a Non – inverting operational amplifier. The IC uses super gain transistors in the input stage to get a low bias current without sacrificing speed. Application areas include transducer amplifiers, DC gain blocks, and all the conventional op-amp circuits which now can be more easily implemented in single power supply systems. LM310 offers a wide variety of features such as high noise immunity, low power dissipation, and ESD barring.
Non-Inverting Operational Amplifier
A non-inverting op – amp is similar in function to any conventional amplifier, with the difference being that it does not accept an inverting input. Subsequently, the associated pin for this purpose is not used (NC) on the IC. Non-inverting amplifiers commonly relay their function through a positive feedback loop. Their applications lie in the automotive industry, telecommunication, and consumer electronics, etc.

LM310 Features and Specification
- Input current 10 nA max over temperature
- Small signal bandwidth 20 MHz
- Slew rate 30 V/ms
- Supply voltage range g5V to g18V
Application
- The input must be driven from a source impedance of typically 10 kX (5 kX min.) to maintain stability. The total source
- impedance will be reduced at high frequencies if there is stray capacitance at the input pin. In these cases, a 10 kX resistor
- should be inserted in series with the input, physically close to the input pin to minimize the stray capacitance and prevent oscillation.
