A3144 Hall-effect Sensor belongs to the special class of sensors that measure the magnetic field. This is primarily a magnetic switch that opens when placed near a magnetic field. A3144 works on the principle of Hall-effect thus called the Hall effect sensor. This sensor gives the digital output as HIGH if it detects the magnetic field else the output is LOW.
We need to use a pull-up resistor with the output for proper functioning. A3144 is a small size having superior temperature stability and gives a very fast response. This sensor also has built-in reverse polarity protection to prevent the sensor from damaging if something malfunctions. A3144 is power efficient and highly stable sensor which makes it use very economical.
