A USB lamp circuit is a simple electronic circuit that serves the simple purpose of providing emergency light fixtures through the USB port of a personal computer or a laptop. And LED lamps are one of the safest lights you can get, adding a USB port doesn’t have any consequence on them when it comes to safety, whether it pertains to you or the devices you connect to it. These lamps utilize a USB port for charging and therefore are highly efficient when it comes to power consumption. They come in two types; namely the small rechargeable reading lamps and the big ones that need electricity but can charge other devices.

Working Explanation
Here as we can see in the circuit, it has four high-brightness white LEDs (you can add three more LEDs based on your requirement). Now as every USB port has four pins +5V, D-, D+, and GND, here we can use these DC bias lines to power the desktop lamp circuit. And 1N4007 diode is placed to protect the USB port from reverse current flow. This simple desktop lamp circuit gives enough light during nighttime work without disturbing others.
