Ambient Light Sensor Module BH1750 belongs to the class of sensors who interacts with the atmosphere also known as Digital 16bit Serial Output Type Ambient Light Sensor. The BH1750 sensor module can detect the intercity of light in the surrounding.
BH1750 is a small size module convert the light into an analog voltage, this voltage is then converted by ADC into a digital value and then transferred to output using an I2C communication protocol. As its a Serial communication that needs a clock pulse for data transfer, therefore, there is a Serial Clock pin (SCL) that receives clock pulses. Data is transfer to the controller through the Serial Data pin (SDA).
